What is Fascia Stretch Therapy?
Fascia Stretch Therapy is a table-based, assisted stretching system that focuses on the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints, and nerves.
Unlike traditional stretching that isolates a single muscle, FST works with your entire movement chain — improving mobility at the joint level while calming the nervous system.
It’s pain-free, fully supported, and designed to create long-lasting results.
